Keterangan:Technical considerations in the publication of the Framework
Recognition as an Importer Manufacturer ( IP) Iron or Steel by the Director-General if has the following requirements:
* Importer Identity Number Manufacturer / Importer Identity Number Limited ( API-P/ API-T) ;
* Signs Company Registration ( TDP) ;
* Taxpayer Identification Number ( NPWP) ;
* Identification Number Customs ( NIK)
* Industrial Business Permit ( Lui) , Letter of Approval or Extension of the Capital Investment Coordinating Board ( BKPM) or the Industrial Code ( TDI) , which is in the process of production using raw materials of iron or steel;
* Plan Needs Import Goods ( RKIB) for the production needs of 1 ( one) year which include: the type and specification of goods / Postal Rates / HS 10 ( ten) digits which have numbered in Appendix Minister of Trade Regulation No. 08/ M-OAG/ PER/ 2/ 2009;
* Capacity, plan production and raw material needs one year of production;
* Report the realization of production and import of raw materials 2 ( two) last year for which production has 2 ( two) years or more;
* Truth given all of the requirements referred to in letters a, b, c, d, e, f, g, and h the form of a stamped statement by using the Form VI.
